I understand that this comment is facetious in nature, but I genuinely find it to be true! When Rigo is face to face with a mother****er, arms crossed and has that never changing "El Chacal" look on his face, I wild out like a mofo, bouncing and whistling and repeatedly chanting "Rigo! Rigo!" I'm almost certain he has that same facial expression when he nuts dude, I'm sure of it!

If he didnt look like his surname is Mcgregor or Mc'Donald he wouldnt be that big of a star.

He isnt a great fighter, he isnt very charismatic, he doesnt have great power or speed. He is a solid all arounder with the right complexion.

Mexico is a talent rich country yet the fighter with the european phenotype is the biggest star.

He may have more than one loss as well, they tried to rob floyd....C J Ross needs to be shot. and Canelo usually gets the benefit of doubt


I've had friends root for him at fight parties until they realize that he is Mexican...Saul Alvarez.

I gotta learn how to speak Spanish for two reasons.

1) To understand just what the **** Spanish speaking fighters are saying first hand, without relying on an interpreter that will dilute and water down what is actually being said.

and 2) So that when I go to Spanish speaking South and Central American nations to find myself a wife with a figure like Tatted Up Holly, but without the tatts, I'll need to be able to do my thing without having to rely on an interpreter that will sabotage me and ruin my mack so he can steal her.

I really think it's his weird look. He doesn't really look like anybody else in entertainment. Oscar has sold him well, at least up here. Hyperion mentioned he's not that beloved in Mexico and I've heard that from a few other Mexicans on here.

thats funny cuz his ratings in mexico are really crazy, more than 20 mil per fight... many haters but also many fans and they all tune in fight night...
