you're an idiot. Golovkin did not refuse a "ward fight", he refused a silly "offer" to do a 50-50 fight 18 months later. And even if he had accepted that absurd offer, the fight STILL wouldnt have happened yet as Ward is still on the "Tuneup Tour 2015-2016"

    Idiot

To make your case you use Wilder as a measuring stick? Major league difference, no one has Wilder in their top ten p4p. Wilders resume lately is garbage too, but with a win over Stiverne, his resume is on par with g string, if he beats Povetkin, his resume is better.
HAHAHA the fact these GGG fanboys are actually using Wilder's name and resume as comparison is all you need to know. Nobody considers Wilder a top P4P fighter because his weak resume yet GGG mysteriously get's it? SMH

Barely lost a round or two to all the top MW contenders who've been willing to get in the ring with him the past 4 years. Knocking them all out at a rate of 3 or 4 a year in the process. All the while, he's entertaining people who are filling arenas on both coasts. If that's ordinary, name some of the other guys who are doing the same thing.

You don't think GGG wouldn't have jumped at a chance to be handed a weight class tournament like Ward was? Why didn't Martinez fight him? Sturm? Quillen? Cotto? Why isn't Saunders trying to make the fight? Jacobs? Canelo? You think GGG's been ducking these guys?

since these forums have a filter that changes swear words into ******, they should add in a feature that changes all these GGG hate threads into a simple "GGG is not black" post.

            That would sure simplify things........

i see so you guys aren't upset at his resume... what you guys are really upset with is the recognition GGG is getting without having an all star resume.

No dumb****, he's doing really well career wise. It was a waste before he could get on HBO due to their exclusive output deal with GBP/Haymon way back, but since he's made great strides. Most popular central Asian boxer ever, by far.

Its a waste now but go on thinking it isnt. He sells tickets so thats good but nothing to show for it legacy wise.

Dont care if hes the most famous boxer from Antarctica ever. If he hasnt faced anyone then he hasnt faced anyone and GGG hasnt

Their are only three major belts WBC, WBA and IBF, two are lesser acknowledged WBO and IBO and the Ring belt is an award more so than a title belt.

GGG has two major belts, and three baubles to proudly decorate himself with like a christmas tree, if you count his interim WBC. I'll admit he looks cute trying to look tough with them all though, especially with that green one like 'look at me I'm a real champ I got a green belt like my idol Canelo the real champ'
