Should all sanctioning bodies should be based in the U.S.?

The one body that's based in the U.S., IBF, is the least corrupt. They used to be corrupt but with criminal convictions in U.S. courts, and U.S. government oversight, they've cleaned up their act.

These other bodies are based in third world Latin American countries and Mexico. In those countries you can get out of jail on a murder charge by bribing officials with a couple hundred dollars. It would cost you millions in legal fees and political donations to get off on murder charges in the U.S.
