I thought there was a priority rule in which the WBO champion can challenge another WBO champion from another weight class.
I know they did that for other fighters in the past.

It's not a priority rule, but an oft-accepted exemption granted by the WBO. It doesn't apply here, however, since Martinez withdrew from his mandatory due to injury and therefore is still on the hook to honor it.

Well if they don't get that settled then I hope Loma fights Fortuna instead or maybe just stay at 126 for the meantime. It seems like PBC and HBO are starting to make fights. Well why not get LSC in there with Loma. LOL I know they don't want Leo in there with Loma.

I don't mind a fight with Fortuna but can Lomachenko just move up in weight and automatically get a crack at a WBA champion while bypassing all their rankings?
