I think this might be different because he was scheduled to fight him for the title but Martinez got injured. The fight was supposed to go on as soon as Martinez healed.

If this fight gets cancelled and Fortuna is their only option Fortuna is gonna take them to the cleaners. If the fight does happen Berchelt is gonna take them to the cleaners for a step aside fee. With the amount of money they're about to spend they should've paid Walters.
