    Foxwoods Resort, Mashantucket, Connecticut - In a mandatory title showdown, Puerto Rico's Jose Pedraza (22-0, 12 KOs) won a twelve round unanimous decision over challenger Stephen Smith (23-2, 13 KOs) of Liverpool to retain the IBF Junior Lightweight World Championship. The scores were 117-110, 116-111, 116-111.

            Pedraza is slick but he slowed again tonight that he can be outworked. And he's not as slick as Loma or Russell and Walters would hunt him down and outwork him.

                  I enjoy watching Pedraza, his style is different but cool.

                  He does look vulnerable at times though.

                    Pedraza is a talented cat, but he's not gonna be the huge draw he thinks he should be W12ing mfers all the time.
