He had no choice in fighting those guys. All mandatories, either fight or get stripped of the belt. IBF are pretty strict when it comes to that, just ask Tyson Fury.

I'm not sure about that. The difference in this fight was the body attack of Spence. He got inside of Algieri very easily. Algieri was turtling up early and Spence was setting him up for that KO with a consistent body attack.

Brook doesn't got to the body, he has no inside game, so he would be playing a long distance game with Algieri which would favor Algieri.

He would definitely beat Algieri as well, but I'm not sure he would do so easily.
