Lemieux ranked 9th. Monroe ranked 20th. Wade ranked 11th and many more top 10 to top 20 middleweights have been KOed by GGG. He has defeated far more rated guys than any other middleweight fighting today. He fights 3 or 4 times a year and has 15 successful title defenses. What other champion can match that? Not a single one.

I still find it disturbing that the Geale win is so overlooked. The guy was ranked Top 25 P4P in ring January 2013 edition. Theses no one on either Saunders or Jacobs resume that matches.

Lets be honest the only reason Quillin was ranked #2 was because he fought low level comp while GGG cleaned out the rest of the division. There's not one single win that moved him up. The other fighters were just beaten by other MW.

Quillin was ranked behind Geale at #2. Geale loses to Barker but instead of Barker being moved to #2 Quillin gets the spot. And to makes matters worst, Quillin was allowed to sit on the ranking without fighting any other top MW for 2 years.

That's true, Saunders and Jacobs have better resumes than Golovkin. Good point!

All of these threads about GGG's resume that it looks weak or is underserving but nobody will fight him.

They say that he is not deserving of a pay day but yet lesser fighters get the chance.

            What gives in this sight?

The thing is, even Daniel Jacobs got a better resume than Golovkin, as Golovkin got no Peter Quillin level opponent on his record.

Right now, the two most proven fighters at 160lbs is Saunders and Jacobs. So why all this hype for Golovkin? He still has to prove himself.

Golovkin would likely beat Saunders, he is just not as proven as Saunders.

Destroying Murray, Geale, Macklin, Monroe, Stevens, Lemieux, Rubio, etc isn't an indication that he's better than Saunders? lol just watch with your own two eyes, if you know **** about boxing it's pretty obvious but if your judgement is clouded with hate and/or ydksab than yeah, maybe it's so not so easy to figure out

Why should I hate Golovkin? He is a nice guy, he's entertaining to watch and he's most likely the best middleweight in the world. His resume just sucks and people shouldn't bring him near a P4P list when he has no impressive victories.
