Pac had a short stint where he might have been a little more impressive, but overall it's Floyd. He's been consistently elite.
i mean pac landed the much cleaner punches. go watch it again. its not even close. pac's landed flush on floyd's face/body while floyd's were often blocked/grazing. that's the difference. not sure why you would dispute that. we have video evidence of it. its been reviewed countless times. i hope you aren't talking about compubox because that was also disproven. if you score it round by roudn on clean punchges its at least 7-5 pac.

so what categories did floyd really win? clean punching? no tha was clearly pac's. defense? no clearly pac's again. pac was slipping, blocking, and rolling while floyd was getting hit flush. no contest there. ring generalship was also pac's. pac forced floyd to hold(illegal) and bend over and look at the canvas(illegal) over and over. would someone in control of the fight do this? no. he had to just to keep himself in the fight and you don't get credit for illegal things under defense. that's like getting credit for landing low blows. effective aggression? this category is entirely subjective but i don't see how you can give it to floyd. but whatever call it even.

they won world titles one month apart and pac has fought more fights and for longer than floyd due to his retirements. how was that a short stint? you can say floyd's resume is better although i think pac's is clearly better but thats just subjective and pacs is better especially if you count the floyd fight as a win which it should have been. yea he lost a couple times but floyd should have at least 2 losses as well over that period. pac also took on more challenges than floyd who avoided many more top guys over that stretch than pac did.

it was actually the turnbuckle that turned his lights out. you can see him go limp as soon as he hits it. floyd doesn't have enough power to do that on his own. score a quick flashknockdown sure but he doesn't make people go on ***** street like that. it was just great luck and hilarious luck for the fans.

mayweather took hatton's soul with that long beating then the left check hook to the chin. pacquiao knocked out a damaged good left over. mayweather easily beat pacquiao. end of the story. (TMT)

A lot of fighters tend to pick the fighter they were more competitive with as the better fighter but in reality Hatton is upset he got sparked out by a much smaller opponent. Manny is the best of this era and no amount of hating will change that,

Every category. Punches thrown, punches landed, accuracy of the punches, power punches landed. That's how you judge/score a fight, unless you have a knockout of course, then it won't matter who was ahead, who landed more punches or better punches. So all that to me means a lot more than getting a few "cleaner shots" in. At the end of the day it didn't matter, it didn't make a difference. He didn't slice Floyd open like Lennox did with Vitali (who was beating Lennox until the fight was stopped by the ref), he didn't knock him down or get him in big trouble like Shane did once. So to say that he was better or he should have won or even that he won is ridiculous, just because he maybe had a few more impressive punches that landed. That's not how you judge a fight, that's not how you prove you're a better boxer. Floyd beat him, fair and square. And he's a better boxer, he had a more impressive career, he was more consistent, better body of work. You can't deny all those things.

Oh man. He should have just said Floyd is #1 and left it that. He just opened the door for people to blast him again.

Oscar @ 154 or Oscar at 147? Robert Guererro @ 147 or Brandon Rios @ 147? Canelo @ 152 or Margarito @ 150? Marcos Maidana @ 147 or Chris Algieri @ 147? Hatton knows, Nacho knows, Freddie knows and guess what? Bob Arum knows (needles, cuts, stadiums) too!
