You don't need Hatton's opinion to realise that Mayweather is the best of his generation. He's had a flawless career topped off with a victory over his closest rival.

We don't need hatton to cite ref as factor we could see it for ourselves. Hatton looked bad at 147 a few times before he fought Floyd.
Bit cotto and dlh think poac is better.
So at the end of day we listen but ultimately we make our own minds up

            I can help.

            Erik Morales - ATG
            Marco Antonio Barrera - ATG
Oscar De La Hoya - ATG
            Ricky Hatton - ATG
            Shane Mosley - ATG
            JuanMa - ATG

Let's not dismiss Manny's record. And no, it doesn't matter that three of those were beat after Floyd. No, it doesn't matter that Morales beat the snot out of him in the first fight.

What really matters is, Mayweather has more names on his list of people who either are or belong in a Hall of Fame. That's not necessarily Manny's fault; for whatever reason his promoter felt there'd be more money in rematches.

              THis is pretty simple.

If someone told a Pac fan that Shane was the best of this generation over Manny, the 1st thing they'd say is Manny beat Shane.

If someone told a Pac fan that ODH was the best of this generation over Manny, the 1st thing they'd say is Manny beat ODH.

If someone told a Pac fan that Cotto was better than Manny or was the best of this generation, the 1st thing they'd say is Manny beat Cotto.

Max can say what he wishes, the 1st thing unbiased, rational fans say to Max is Floyd beat Manny.

Youre an idiot and you know dam well Hatton weighed 153 on fight night the exact same weight he weighed at when he beat KT , Floyd weighed 152 , Ive been over this with you many times .

Hatton weighed 159 fighting Collazo at 147 and there are interviews with Hattons trainer saying how small Floyd was in person and that Ricky is bigger it was this reason he said they wanted 147 because on losing Ricky still held his JWW title .

If you must hate on Floyd at any opportunity at least stay inside the truth .

You haven't proven anything, so I'll wait for legitimate arguments that make sense.

Its not only about weight but what you can do when you fight in a certain division. Hatton was very average at WW. When he fought Collazo, did he stay at WW? How come if its easier for Hatton to make weight?

Again, its because Hatton was KING at 140 not at 147.

Hatton's style was easier at bullying the smaller 140 fighters and could not do it as well or sustain it at 147 for 12 rounds. Hatton got more tired at 147 for one.
