the Joshua-Haye or Joshua-Fury fights would be absolutely massive here, at least 1 million buys, the whole country would be ****** in to those fights, Haye is very well known and Fury's pre fight yapping would get everyone hooked, especially as Joshua would be seen as the 'good guy'.

Nice. He's gotta be doing insane numbers for a guy with 16 fights. Oscar ain't even have a PPV fight til he was 18 fights into his career. If Joshua is half as good as his biggest fans think he's gonna do crazy **** on the business side of boxing. No wonder HBO & Showtime bout to throw down over his next fight vs maybe Malik Scott.

Oscar's fights were $50 bucks though. So his 300-400k were actually a lot better numbers due to the price tag.

Solid point. Still he's doing insane numbers for this point at his career & he can't be behind too many guys this early in his career. Most guys aren't even doing PPV's til 20-30 fights into their career. Well most guys aren't doing PPV's at all, but guys who do PPV's I mean.

The amount of fans this guy has got already is crazy, here in the UK all the youth is AJ mad. It's amazing what good marketing can do for a fighter. Hearn and sky have played it magnificently so far.

Lets not get crazy now, but I think he can be the first HW to get 1M+ buys since Lewis vs Tyson in 2002 for sure & maybe further down the line the first HW to get 2M+ buys. If this 600k number is correct I believe that makes him tied with Foreman vs Morrison as the most HW PPV buys for a non-Holyfield or Tyson fight already which is impressive by itself.

Even if Joshua grows his brand & starts getting more PPV buys I can't see him getting 4M buys. He'd need a partner for that & no other HW is really selling many PPV's these days.

Pac isn't a huge PPV star. Wilder could easily sell as many PPVs as he DoD before MayPac

I'd say that looks right and if he fought Haye the sales here would go crazy!

The Fury fight would sell well but the Haye would be massive as they are both known to the general public

Idk if he could easily sell 300k-500k. I don't think his following is that good. I'd say he's less popular than GGG & look at what GGG's first dip into PPV looked like. I'm not even sure they'll take Wilder the PPV route. The Povetkin fight seemed like an obvious point to attempt throwing him into a PPV to me if they were going to.
