Funny how angles can change when you are on the receiving end? Canelo is not asking for headgear now, is he? I am not a big fan of what's happening but it is not hard to see that GGG has lay the bed in which he now sleeps. He and his camps are hypocrites; therefore, i don't care for how Canelo is treating him. I couldn't care less if they fight at 155 or 160, i just want them to fight.

Also, I ask again, who has Canelo KOd at middleweight? The guy hasn't even fought a fully fledged middleweight.
GGG is the best mw on the planet. End of. If Canelo or his team think otherwise, once they get past Khan, they need to step up to the plate and stop complaining about going higher than 155lb.

What top 10 ranked middleweight has canelo defeated?
Golovkin has beaten two on the current list, 3 don't want to fight him (quillin, Saunders and Jacobs, tho I can see a Jacobs fight and Saunders will give in)

Look, if GGG is as confident as his dozen fans on this site are that he is that much better, then he should call Canelo's bluff, agree to 155 and a lower money split, and then embarrass him on his own turf. He would still get a career payday and be set up for bigger money fights down the road.
Floyd did it to fight Oscar. Pacquiao did it to fight Oscar. Hopkins did it to fight Oscar. Holyfield took chump change to fight Tyson the first time vs what the fight was worth. Canelo did it to get a fight with Floyd.
GGG is not so special that he can bypass what other great fighters did to raise the profile. Take a risk but the reward would be worth it.
