That's what I thought but I didn't want to be calling anyone out on where they got their sources from. But I thought $8.5m was a bit over the top.

If he comes back within less than a year I would think it's because he loves the sport. If he really loves the sports he's going to want to redeem himself because that fight was embarrassing especially considering the fact that he came out in purple velvet robes.

When I saw him come out like that I was like man this ****in guy better win this fight. I had spent the weeks leading up to the fight trying to convince myself that Martin was going to win (I had $200.00 on Martin). KO'd in 2 rounds, AFTER wearing the velvet robes.... I was not impressed. I seriously hope he redeems himself and can at least establish himself as a genuine top contender. Not by best moment as a boxing fan.
