Did it occur to you that Tom Loeffler has said he will pursue Daniel Jacobs because outside of Canelo, that's the best available fight?

Yet, we're hearing about Gurdo Ramirez.

Why hasn't Tom offered Jacobs a fight like he said he would?

Obviously they're not making offers to anyone till 15 days after Canelo Khan. Zurdo is in play cause he just had a good win, and his promoter just said he wants to make the fight, we'll see how serious. Wba regular Jacobs really hasn't said a peep about Wba super Ggg. Both would be good fights though Zurdo would have closer odds, and seemingly a bigger challenge

They are unfortunately not in position to call the shots against fighters like Jotto or Can't-Nelo. If Gennady can't make the puss y weight of 155 then say I'm not fighting at that weight I'll only fight at 160 and move the fawk on. The Canelo fight won't potentially happen until September. GGG fights 3-4 times a year. That leaves us with July for him to make another fight.

And if you say "Team GGG is only going to fight again in September", then what are we even in this thread talking about people ducking GGG for if they will only entertain one fight one more time this year anyway (i.e. Canelo)?

Dude he's not fighting in July, then Canelo in Sept, don't be ridiculous. Canelo has 15 days to start negotiating or turn over the belt. Then they start looking for opponent for Aug/Sept and hopefully another date in Dec.
