    I know they are Cuban & Rican but are they considered "black" as in race?

        If they were walking down the street and a white woman saw them she would grab her purse.

        If they were driving a nice car in a nice neighborhood they would get pulled over by the police and probably shot.

        So yes, they're considered black in the U.S

                If they keep winning the black fans will consider them black. If they ever lose a fight the black fans will consider them Latino.

                Other than the black folks everybody else probably just considers them Cuban and Puerto Rican.

                  Black but I consider them Cubans.

                  Don't like to think of skin colour much I think of a fighter with his nationality.

                    Anyone with a mild tan in the wrong situation can be considered black in America to the police.
