        5. Canelo
        6. Crawford
        7. Rigondeaux
        8. Bradley
        9. Juan F Estrada
        10. Cotto

Other receiving votes: Naoya Inoue (8), Wladimir Klitschko (7), Vasyl Lomachenko (6), Keith Thurman (4), Deontay Wilder (3)
This list is all jacked up.

        I'd probably have something like

        Gonzalez
        Kovalev
        Rigondeaux
        Pacquiao
        Naoya Inoue
        Golovkin
        Estrada
        Ward*
        Canelo
        Bradley

*Ward makes the list because he looked good against a decent opponent and will be #1-#2 depending on the Kovalev outcome.

Oh, that is why (retired) ... thanks!

He was still on it when I had checked a few days ago. I think they should have waited until after Manny's election or a bit more so that he gives an official statement that he is not coming back .... or maybe I missed that too!

To me, he had left enough room on that question that it left us hanging a bit. Like I said, perhaps due to his upcoming elections.

Cotto and Bradley shouldn't be anywhere on a top 10.

Fury is one of worst HW champs Ive ever seen , the HW division has been so weak for so long now , its more about size today than actual fighting ability .
