As previously reported, Billy Joe Saunders' first title defense was cancelled due to a hand injury. He was scheduled to face Ukraine's Max Bursak on April 30 at Copper Box Arena in London, England. Frank Warren and Queensberry Promotions revealed Saunders' injury on Wednesday morning and it appears the unbeaten champion is now looking ahead to other plans.
