What did Joseph Parker do that's better than Hughie Fury?

Which one opponent stands out to yourself in which Whyte was impressive against with the exception of the Joshua fight where you were impressed by his ability to wing it for seven rounds.

He stands out more to myself for the way in which he fights, he's crude, low on boxing ability, pretty much all he has is a punch. Did you watch the Minto fight I take it you liked what you saw in that fight ? Minto tagging DW at will yet with the pillow fisted former cruiser unable to deter a crude rugged brawler in Whyte.

The more I look at Whyte he reminds me of a poor mans Chisora, and I think we all know where Chisora ranks amongst the mid-top heavies, he doesn't.

Yes I saw him vs Minto. He looked fat, slow and out of shape. Not impressed. But that wasn't him at his best at all, it was him at his absolute worst.

Whyte is a hellacious body puncher. I don't know a heavyweight right now that goes to the body better than he does. Look at the effect it had on AJ.

He's a lot more skillful, bigger and punches harder than Chisora.

Parker hasn't done anything more than Hughie and I'm not even sure he gets past Takam. Both Hughie and Park are prospects, fringe contenders at best.

I'm sure Parker gets past Takam. Parker is the real deal I feel.

But I also think Hughie would school Takam with ease.

Key word is 'if'. I don't disagree, and I'm not comparing talents at all. I'm just saying that right now, Hughie has a better resume in my opinion.

Maybe Parker could stop Rudenko. Quite possibly. But he hasn't done it, so how does it affect his ranking?

We could go on about nearly every title challenger in recent years facing human punch bags up until their title shot, we won't though.

Hughie needs to be given huge credit as does Parker, their records are similar. Hughie has a more notable win, that's a fact. Had Parker have fought Rudenko, who I can say is somewhat wily I'm by no means certain Parker would stop though Psrker has to be acknowledged as a far superior boxer, puncher and all round talent in general than the cheat Browne.

What do the rankings mean ? Do we care ? All I hope for is Parker versus a title holder whether that be Wilder, Joshua or the awkward Fury the latter I'd like least to see in honesty Parker may in fact be too small and not mobile enough to defeat Fury, the other two I don't see any reason why he couldn't win against them.

As soon as we see Parker vs Takam we'll have a better idea who Parker really is and what he's about. Takam ain't no slouch, if Parker wins that one then he has a top win. He hasn't a real sound win to date with the exception of the manner in which he has dispensed of opponents to date which in fairness is far more impressive than in which Fury has surfed to easy points wins and soft pushovers.

Parker destroys has destroyed the majority of his opposition, Hughie has fists of fluff like the rest of his family.

Destroyed because they were shlt, I doubt he'd have a high KO rate it he was fighting the top dogs and fyi Fury has a decent KO ratio if you'd bothered to check his previous fights

You know the answer. It has nothing to do with who he beat. He just has a cult that thinks he's the next big thing so they are starting to buy into the hype.
