I don't think that f4gg0t even knows for sure. He's just making s**t up. I know Sammy's dad is Mexican. Read an article one time about him being a hard-working Mexican and passing that on to Sammy. That'd make Sammy at least 50% Mexican. Never seen or heard anything about his mom though. For all we know she could be a white Mexican which would explain why Sammy looks the way he does. He could be 100% Mexican for all we know.
