Maybe that's the reason he threw less jabs against Mayweather?

What's crazy is when future generations look back and make more sense about technique and the sport's skill level becomes more dynamic, they'll always say, ''more action or not,'' (as they'll also get to see Floyd's career on tape vs Pacquiao and getting KO'd twice in his earlier career), they'll say, ''Man, Floyd just ate played Pac's combo's turtled up and Pac's confidence level dropped because he never witness anything like that before as the MGM and all the boxing critics saw..''

If Pacquiao, Arum, and Roach would've just stayed humble and not fumble excuses throughout the course of boxing, I'd have more respect for them, but because money talks and real skills pay the bills, the Karma essence blooms.

Manny threw less than 1 punch per round more with the repaired shoulder than he did with the (allegedly) hurt shoulder.

Really has nothing to do with winning or losing..just heard the reason his output was so low was because of the shoulder..when it clearly was not

No difference other than he was fighting Floyd who was the best of his era. Pac just wasnt good enough to land anything.

Floyd's true greatness will be recognized in time

I still don't understand how you can injure your rotator cuff, have literally no mentions of it between rounds and still throw a right hand. Does anybody know how bad that kind of injury is? you can barely lift a glass of water to your mouth without being in excruciating pain, no matter how tough you are, never.mind still throwing punches.

It just seems strange that there was no mention of it between rounds, or post fight or anything until they got to the press conference. Also they said he did it a couple of weeks before the fight but there's plenty of training videos and media workouts from around the time it supposedly happened where he seems absolutely fine.

I honestly think the injury was bogus, and the "surgery" too. Anybody can fake a bogus surgery if you pay somebody enough. Anybody would be naive to think these situations can't be faked. People will go to these lengths to save face when there's business and money involved on a huge scale. I believe he may have felt a bit of pain in camp or something, but the injury was nowhere near as bad as they made out. Too many things point towards it being a lie more than it being true.

Mayweather always cuts his opponents output down by a huge percentage compared to their average. Their fight was no different.
