One Time admitted getting a bonus of $1.2 mil in the Collazo fight, so he got $2.7 mil in total. He was probably expecting another bonus in the Guerrero fight and didn't get it. Possibly the reason why it took him so long to accept the Porter fight. He was expecting an offer of $3 mil. Who knows?
