With a De La Hoya fight a possabilty and chance to rest his injured hand. Mayweather made the smart move. Mayweather-De La Hoya is a better fight than Mayweather-Margarito. If De La Hoya loses against Mayorga. Than that fight won't happen. And Mayweather will move to fight Margarito. And he'll be 100% for the fight. So there will be no excuses, if he were for some miracle lose the fight. People just need patience. It's not like the fight was going to happen right away, anyway. Mayweather just fought earlier this month.
