Idk about 10x, but its clearly the more impressive W for Parker if he wins than Martin was for Joshua. The reality is Joshua's best two opponents, Martin & Whyte, are prospect level guys if we are being honest. Whyte has done virtually nothing in boxing. And Martin had done even less outside of luckboxing a title vs a respectable guy who got injured in a fight that shoulda been a No Contest.

Well yeah if Parker wins, that will be a much better win than anything on Joshua's record.

Eddie is in the business promoting of his own fighter and doing a hell of a job when you consider Joshua's level of opposition. If Parker can't get any recognition for beating good fighters then he should reconsider who his team are and demand better. It's not Eddie Hearn's fault that nobody cares about Parker. Also Joshua isn't going to go "nah, don't pay me £5m and sell out a big arena, i'll just take 50 grand and put me on a small venue because i haven't beaten anybody".

They're in it to make big money. If Parker is good enough and smart enough then he should be able to find a way to do that. Other fighters took their destiny into their own hands, look at Floyd, got himself out of a contract with Top Rank and become the biggest star in boxing. You just need talent and a vision and not settling for less.

Takam is a lot better than Martin no doubt. If Parker beats him then you have to say he stands a good chance of beating Joshua. I'll look forward to that fight. Joshua will have 2 more fights by the time that mandatory gets called, it's all about how much he improves before then.
