Yeah - good to see mutual respect from two of the top guys in the sport. I don't think either is overlooking the other in any way. Both guys know they're in for the toughest fight of their careers. Cannot. Fkn. Wait.

Won't be easy on either fighter, a true 50/50 fight. One thing though, I've always been impressed at how Kov pays attention to what John David Jackson tells him, and pretty much executes the plan just like he's told. I know Ward and Virgil Hunter are a good team, I'm just saying Kov won't have a weaker team than Ward... they'll be about equal. This is as serious as any fight ever in boxing, and it will come down to one fighter's will over the other fighter.

Both guys know they might be in deep with this fight, but it seems they want to find out. I'm sure both teams are well aware of how good the other guy is. Having that bit of fear of each other will bring out the best in them.
