Is David Haye the most dangerous opponent in the HW division?

First time poster here but I've followed Hayes career and looking at the current HW roster, if you compare Haye with the leading HW fighters, is there anyone better, in terms of actual overall boxing ability?

Haye has good head movement, confidence, huge punching power, hes accurate and has speed.

Is this enough to defeat taller fighters who will use their reach and movement to keep him on the outside?

Or do you believe Haye is overrated and out of his depth at HW level?

Personalty I'm looking forward to watching Haye in a big fight, for a championship belt, as I believe many are overlooking Haye, based on his previous stint in the HW division, the smack talking and believing he is just after a payday (which he may be) but the guy is a talented boxer and surely we're going to see Haye v Joshua this year. With Haye more then capable of knocking Joshua out and derailing the AJ hype train.

If landed, his right overhand is a serious threat to any fighter in the HW division, especially if they're tall. Luckily for Haye, top heavies are all tall.

The only fighter I'd comfortably pick to beat Haye is Luis Ortiz, maybe Povetkin too.

He's definitely dangerous, which is a shame because he's everything a fighter shouldn't be.

Wilder and Joshua are the most dangerous, as both possess legit one punch ko power..

Skills, chins, stamina, etc might not be the best, but their power is the ultimate equalizer

You could argue that Haye is more powerful than these guys.

Haye hasn't proven anything of note for years, if he ever did at all at Heavyweight. Clearly he is very skilled, athletic, and has great power but he's all talk no action. He is the quintessential cash grabbing spineless type who is just trying to line his pockets and pick up fame. The way he lost and went out after that Wlad fight and the build up it put forth showed me Haye is not the real deal. He had no shame coming out of that fight or game plan to reestablish his presence. He's also had every opportunity there is in the heavyweight division given to him on a golden platter but he never really took it. Always backs out. I will say I don't think Vitaly ever gave him a shot. Other then that, he just let his career fizzle into oblivion. At this point he's on the wrong side of 30, coming off some embarrassing back outs on fights, rotator cuff tear if we are to believe it, and a lot of inactivity. I say Wilder is a toss up but would probably side with Haye on experience alone, Povetkin would probably take him down, Joshua another toss up I think Haye just has a lot more experience to run away with a fight like that, Fury I'd have to side with Haye but not by much, Luis Ortiz destroys Haye

I don't know how much a 2016 version of Haye has left after being away for a few years.

If he is anywhere close to his best then he is a threat. His power is no joke, plus once he has you hurt, he won't let you off the hook. He's also quite to catch clean, he has some good head movement.

The bad thing for Haye is that he is very small compared the the modern heavyweight as we saw in the Wlad fight. But then i don't think any of the current HW's know how to use their size to control distance against a smaller man as good as Wlad could back then, except Fury maybe. Maybe 20-25 years ago, a cruiserweight that went up to heavyweight wasn't as big a leap because the average heavyweight was smaller. Now your usual top heavyweights are 6'5 or 6'6+ and weighing 240lbs or whatever.

If you want to have an idea of the future events then look to past events. Who did haye face in the hw division & how did he fight?
He's b level, probably best at that level but when facing an "a" fighter or someone who has the physical advantages he avoids risk
He's way over rated..that said it'd be a good match up with aj. Haye would either get ko'd or flatten stiff aj
Fury schools him, if he was humbled by wlad then fury will take his soul & ruin him
