If another promoter wants to put a fight on Sky they have to go through Matchroom due to their exclusive deal. This is what Hearn said on one of his IFL interviews.

And this is the problem with boxing & the everyone out for themselves business model.

This seems like it'd have been a great opportunity to throw Tyson & Joshua on the same card to build up a fight for later in the year. Just cuz you think Joshua is the future doesn't mean you burn bridges with the guy who's the present.

At the tip top of the sport boxing is in dire need of more focus put on the fights that can be made & less focus put on any particular boxer.

Fury fans called it a masterclass display. Fury's defense puzzled Klitschko. Hands down behind his back, chin out and Wlad clinches. Those feints will be taught in boxing gyms for generations. Better than the shoulder roll.

Yep. Like it or not, it worked. And presto... Wlad gets beat first time in 11 years. Yet the complainers still line up. Wonder if any of these boxing Einsteins had a better plan? As in, on that would actually WORK?

I know the real reason Klitschko lost. And it wasn't because of anything Fury did. I'll keep it to myself until after the second fight which Wlad will K.O. Fury and then I'll let everybody know why Klitschko lost the first fight. Send me a reminder after he KO's Fury.

So, tell me who had a crystal ball to know Martin was gonna freeze up? No one knows that. Judging by talent alone, yeah, Martin should've been a 50/50 fight. We just didn't know he'd panic and lose all his skills soon as the bell rang. It happens sometimes. No way to predict it.

He didn't freeze up.

He got blasted by a much better fighter.

Really, how could you watch Charles Martin and think he would be competitive?

Even even loses when he's shadow boxing, that's how bad it looks, never mind in a ring with a decent fighter.

OK Mr Hollywood Insider. Common knowledge Wlad suffers from panic attacks, had never fought anyone his size, or that tricky, his wife was having some kind of mental issues after having the baby, etc etc etc. No news there. Spill the beans now if you've something truly unknown. Don't worry, the Klits won't write out a contract on you.
