Well realistically his only options are Vargas, Crawford, Bradley 4, Provodnikov, and Marquez 5 if he's healthy and still fighting. Given those options I hope just calls it a day and retires.

It's hard for me to say he needs to retire, because he can still beat almost anyone from 140-147. Physically if his body still wants to do the work, then continue. Also what his family says is important, they want him to retire. If he wants to go out on top, this is probably the time to do so. There is a fight with Brook that would be icing on the cake in his WW run, which would end with just clear losses to Marquez and Mayweather. But it's not really needed. There's also a weak champion in Jessie Vargas to go out on. But if he goes out on this Bradley win, that's about as good as it gets for a 37 year old past prime fighter. Not too many greats have had the opportunities to go out like Mayweather and Pacquiao.
