The Salido rematch could've been made already. The Walters fight could've been made if Arum would pay him a fair share. The problem is Lomachenko guarantee is so high that the other fighters can't get paid a fair amount. You think Salido is going to take a smaller cut of the guy he beat? You think Vargas is gonna take a smaller cut for beating the guy Loma lost to? Every big fight with Loma doesn't happen because of money. He's being paid to much and won't take a cut to make the fight happen. People talk about PBC fighters being overpaid but Loma is the most overpaid fighter in the sport. He's getting $750k to fight bums.

A superstar where? In Ukraine? He doesn't even fight there so how big of a superstar can he be? Nobody in America knows who he is outside of hardcore boxing fans. Loma isn't an A-side to Walters or Rigo. I'm not mad at Loma for getting his money but if Top Rank wants these fights made they gotta pay other fighters their fair share.

He just boosted his profile with the big win over gradovich.. Arum knows how to market him, and over the next 2-3 fights valdez will be old veteran names that he can beat, he won't be fighting legit top guys like loma...

I can see valdez fighting that dude donaire fought at feather, probably guys like juanma, darchiyan, etc.. At least for the rest of the year.. I think summer 2017 or later is when valdez will get matched up in bigger fights
