A level are guys like Marquez and manny. Great fighters but not otherworldly.

A- Cotto, Bradley, Kell Brook. Beats nearly all in front of them except for ATG potential fighters.

B+ Danny Garcia. Good but not great fighters.

B Amir Khan, Adrien Broner, Devon Alexander. Decent fighters

Devon is more like a B-. I would put Brook at B+. If Thurman beats Porter, I'd put him at B+/A-.

I have him at B+ also. He has A- talent imo but hasn't been in situations to showcase it.
