    Martin weakest titleholder ever?

He surely has to be up there. He got an undeserved title shot, won the title thanks to an injury, and got KO'd by 16 fight prospect Joshua.

Got 2 million pounds for that.

    Fair play to him.

If I was him not sure I'd bother fighting again. It won't ever seem worth it again now.

    Guy defo hit the jackpot.

Fury and Wilder beat Joshuas ass.

Hell, Luis Ortiz would too IMO.

Idk about all that. Lotsa titles out there & tons of undeserving guys are winning them.

I will say he had a horrible actual reign with his fights & maybe the worst I can recall off the top of my head besides Luis Santana (won a title by DQ on the ground KO'd, defended the title by DQ on the ground KO'd & finally lost the title on the ground KO'd all to Terry Norris). He won the title by injury in a fight I & many feel should have been a NC & then he gets KO'd in 2 while fighting like a limp ****.

Sounds like he did okay for his family & bank account doe so fair play to him, but I don't believe the $8M number I've seen guys throwing around. Who knows doe. Hearn clearly **********s to Joshua workout videos so maybe he did throw $8M at Martin for his title.

I think he's up there. I didn't hype him up, but I held him at a higher regard than most people, and thought that if he fought smart and took Joshua to the later rounds he could stop him, but Joshua's the real deal. Didn't let that happen and took care of Martin early. Cong**** to Joshua!

Maybe. If he continues boxing we'll have to see who he beats and who he loses to.

                  No he got £750,000

Martin made £750,000, Joshua made the £5m. That's why I don't understand why he didn't fight a couple bigger bums than himself first. If he made $440k for the Czar Glaskov fight, it didn't seem like the layout was that significant to go get ko'd for? Unless Martin is so dumb he actually thought he could win?
