Joshua, Hearn, SkySports didn't mention the WBC..

    Joshua mentions speed and Southpaws...

Ok, so let's see if they ever mention Ortiz cause it's coming! They didn't mention Klitschko, assuming Fury will win again. Klitschko brings mad money.

Joshua only mentions Haye and Fury. 4 Million to Martin...

    SUSPECT...

He'll be facing bum mandatories just like his stablemate Kell Brook.

A fight wtih Deontay Wilder, if given the type of time to be built, is a massive dual nation PPV. There's no need to rush that fight.

Joshua is likely to have 1-2 voluntary defense, before facing off against the Parker-Takam winner, and then think about a fight with Wilder (I doubt the Fury fight happens anytime soon either; David Haye or Shannon Briggs likely gets one of those voluntary defenses).

Fury-Klitschko 2 happens in July, after Wilder-Povetkin happens in May, and you likely close out the year with Fury-Wilder for the WBC/WBA/WBO heavyweight belts (on PPV in the US, Boxnation or Sky Box Office in the UK). All Joshua needs to do is keep winning in the interim.

Why mention Wilder? He has a fight against Povetkin, Fury and Haye are highly sought payday for him in the UK, a wilder fight would be the biggest future payday if they both continue winning in Vegas for example. Why would anyone rush that fight?

Ed Robinson brought it up in the post fight analysis.

He's the only Sky Sports employee who acknowledges boxing outside of what Sky broadcast.

I think his biggest fights are domestic fights so it makes sense. Doubt they are avoiding Wilder. Hell Wilder might be out of the picture if he loses to Povetkin.

Meanwhile Haye is a big winnable fight that should do good numbers. Fury is a huge fight & wants Joshua after Klitschko. Joseph Parker is close to being a mandatory. Joshua has his hands full already & hasn't been a title holder for a day yet. If they both keep winning I suspect they will meet next year.

They'll want to see if Wilder can retain it first. Povetkin is dangerous and in the UK probably won't bring any more money than an easy fringe contender.

If Hearn really wants it, double digits for Wilder at UK soil. I know Wilder won't deny that.
