    Wow, IBF was serious with that rehydration stuff. There are a lot of fighters that gain more than 10 lbs overnight...

        I think it's a good thing, but it will be hard to keep this rule if none of the other governing bodies do as a lot of fighters will just avoid fighting for an IBF belt.

        Also, does this mean Kell Brook really comes in fight night under 157? He looks bigger than that to me.

              that is something that the other governing or sanctioning bodies should incorporate, that way there would be no handicap or other fighters taking advantage of their dehydration capabilities, apples to apples, pure talent instead of weight advantage.
