Toney and Hopkins are God wins and he made it look easy. His overall resume, while good is'nt nearly as good as Floyd or Manny, I'm not arguing that. P4P is about matchups though. And in the scheme of things if you could match guys up and let them fight ten times, I think the list of guys that could beat Roy consistently can be counted on one hand.

I don't know guys, prime for prime, I think Floyd is the more complete fighter between him and Roy. Huge Roy fan, but I think we're getting caught up in a big man vs little man comparison. The bigger guy is more relatable, he's closer to our size, he's easier to digest, you know the severity of damage he inflicted on guys at the size. Floyd being a smaller guy, it's easy to look him over. Floyd at 130 is the greatest fighter to ever live in my opinion. He had EVERYTHING.

How does he have the clearly better resume? Roy has Hopkins himself, Toney, almost every LHW worth a damn over an entire decade, and the jump to beat Ruiz at heavyweight. That's better than what Hopkins did. Hopkins's best wins can't even compare.
