Eddie Hearn too confident already looking for voluntaries for Joshua

He's mentioning IBF title voluntaries already before he's even won the belt. He's choosing some stiffs like Malik Scott, Johann Duhaupas or Eric Molina for the first defense. It won't be anyone good.

September date already being mentioned too.

People were expecting him to fight another bum this saturday (me included) so i wouldn't be expecting Fury v Joshua or anything right after he wins a belt.

Hearn wouldn't do that. If AJ wins, the earliest a Fury fight would happen is the beginning of 2018. LOL...

That list of names makes sense for a first defense, the Frenchman would be the toughest of that lot and would actually be a decent test because he is rugged with a good jab which could take Joshua into deep water.

Of course. These big fights need to be built first. I could see it happening next summer.

I agree, 2017 it will happen. Fury cannot afford to wait too long

Yeah I'd imagine Fury would want it sooner rather than later.

If we don't get that match next summer then i hope for either Fury or AJ vs Wilder.

he's not? the guy he's fighting has 2 rounds of experience against live opposition and nothing happened in those rounds.

Not really, i'd say he's more of an unknown quantity at this point.

I wasn't claiming him to be world class but i wouldn't call him a bum either. Time tells all.
