I'd say Paulie could knock most average joes out with a free shot, except those who outweigh/outsize him by a lot
I still recall that time when Mayweather punched the Big Show, bareknuckled, as part of a WWE show
we all know the whole thing's scripted, but those punches were very real, he had a free shot at the Big Show and he punched him twice, as hard as he could. You could see the Big Show wasn't hurt at all, even if he pretended to be, as part of the show. the Big Show isn't a professional fighter, wrestlers are showmen and they're not used to getting punched in the face.
I'd say an average joe could laugh off at Paulie's punches, but only if he's a behemoth
that been said, let's not forget that Paulie and Floyd are pillowfisted fairies (for boxing standards)
true KO artists with power could probably knock anyone out.
Pacquiao could probably spark Shaq cold and GGG would put any NFL or NBA player in a coma

Mayweather actually broke his nosse. Not the best example.

And The Big Show at 7'0" 450lbs is not exactly your average joe, maybe it's the boxingscene poster average, but irl average is actually 5'10" in America. That is a bad example all around. Mayweather who was retired at the time probably weighed in the high 150s, at 5'8". Really, just a bad, bad example..and he broke his nose anyway.
The University of Manchester did an experiment with Ricky Hatton, and the result was that he hit more than 10x harder than your average man on the street.
If Hatton hit's more than 10x harder, you would have to assume Paulie might be around 2x or 3x harder than the average at least. Don't forget technique plays a major part. Their technique will generate more power than the average person can.

Mayweather hit him with arm punches with no real force behind them, it's not hard to break someones nose.
