The De la Hoya that fought Mosley, Javier Castillejo, and Fernando Vargas at 154 would have annihilated Sergio Martinez.

The promoter/cokehead/coming out of retirement Oscar would have lost a UD to Serg.

Odlh all day. I think Sergio is very overrated. His biggest wins are over guys who were overrated and he's struggled mightily with regular caliber guys. Oscar would knock him out badly.

Sergio at 154 with good knees makes ODLH his biatch. He gets tagged up and stopped via TKO due to cuts.

Oscar fought bigger and better fighters and neither of them kod Oscar but a 160 Hopkins who started his career at light heavyweight and even he only stopped Oscar with a body shot. If vargas, trinidad, mosley, ect couldn't stop Oscar two of those guys roided up by the way you think Sergio could? Child please.

DLH wins all his fantasy fights with me. Technically and physically he was the perfect fighter, his demise is due to his irresponsibility and substance abuse, neither of with exist in the world of fatasy fights imo. Oscar by early stoppage. Martinez is a slick, savvy southpaw, I was a big fan back in the day, but DLH has no real weakness and has the pedigree to stay one step ahead of Martinez and never let him settle in.

Cotto shots couldn't move world class welters, yet grazing hooks in round one has Martinez stumbling around the ring like he got shot...Oscars hook may have literally killed him

How many times Sergio been put on his azz in his last 8-10 fights and some still pretend he's ever was elite....

Not to mention eff Sergio his bytchmadeness has caused the current middleweight situation, Sergio made it okay to duck by any means necessary, he gets very little of my respect

I'm inclined to pick Oscar but I think Sergio has a better chance than people are saying here. He was a serious proposition at 154, but he just couldn't get enough people to fight him there. He was fast, unorthodox, hit hard and had a solid chin. I'd go with Oscar but I see Sergio causing him some of the same problems Manny did with the lead left.

I think if it went a full 12 rounds this would be a competitive and close fight on the cards, but I don't expect that. Sergio was too hittable for Oscar not to land and finish him probably somewhere around the mid rounds, and if Sergio did manage to survive and make it to the end of the fight I think those few big rounds for Oscar would swing the fight his way on the cards.

Pavlik hit Sergio with plenty of flush shots and couldn't get him going. Chavez Jr couldn't finish him when he was on one leg. I don't think it would be that easy for Oscar to either hurt him or get rid of him.
