it's sold in the farmer's market, i don't know if there's any truth behind it but i feel better about my allergies since i started taking them, i buy from local beekeepers.

tastes a little like honey and then a little bitter, i figured its got some honey as it is collected from the bees as they enter the hive(so i've been told) i take about half a spoon and then put some honey, about half a spoon more on top, so it goes down easily. Side note, most of the honey sold in supermarket is not honey, just flavored syrup, buy from local growers
