Tyrannical? Manny doesn't have a RIGHT to go on Jimmy Kimmel. It's not something that's guaranteed to him.

The U.S. guarantees Manny's right to speak freely, but they don't guarantee that there won't be repercussions from dumb statements.

Discrimination is discrimination. Just like the cakeshop verdict last year stated “No one should fear being turned away from a public business because of who they are." it goes both ways. In this country sexual orientation and religion are protected from discrimination. The grove's ban probably has more legal precedence, however, it can be argued that ABC's cancelling/prohibition of Manny due to his religious beliefs are also discriminatory.

Point is, if you provide a service, you're not supposed to discriminate who you provide that service on a basis of race, sex, age, religion, or sexual orientation. You don't get to pick and choose which group you can you discriminate against, the protections should have equal protections between the groups.
