Of course it depends entirely on what his minimum is with Top Rank. If, for example, his minimum is $20m with Top Rank and the ppv is a flop, then top rank still owes him $20m. But I'm sure the contract is more of the lines of "if PPV sells X amount you get X amount" and so on, as I'm sure Top Rank is smart enough not to take a big loss. Regardless, the point I'm making is the Nevada sheet is not his guaranteed amount like OP claimed, it never is with Top Rank. Just like that left hook article mentions, we've seen guys have $1.00 on the Nevada sheets before and we know, of course, these guys didn't literally make one dollar.

I believe that is what is required for them to disclose but is not the final amount that Pacquaio or Bradley will make.
Here is an article from when the fight was signed saying Manny is getting $20 million guaranteed, minus the $2 million advance

          Lmao..

Anyone remember when manny was a free agent, still at the top of his earning power, but was an idiot and resigned with arum instead of doing what Oscar, floyd and Cotto did and be a constant free agent and getting career high purses..

Cotto literally laid a perfect blueprint for manny on how to break free but still be able to do some business with arum (before the roc nation deal)

Manny should be a free agent right now and could be fighting far bigger n fresher fights than bradley3... Seriously over the past few years would you rather see manny fight rios, algieri, bradley 3 or khan, canelo, broner, thurman, danny..

Why manny ever tied himself down to arum at this stage of his career is beyond me, and just shows manny is a complete ******, that and him drafting himself with a first round pick when he is the "coach/GM" of that scrub basketball team.. And to think he is an elected public official.. Yikes

He probably should and he definitely could if he wants but its his life, he's hardly the only boxer to remain with a promoter till the end.

Yeah but most boxers never reach the heights that manny did, I can see someone like rios, margarito, cintron etc staying because they aren't major superstar but what makes it worse is that manny's contemporaries like Oscar, floyd and Cotto, all left the exact same promoter manny has, once they were superstars

Never go by the commission numbers. If you did then Floyd only made 100 million for the pacquiao fight. Go by the contract. It is common sense and for tax purposes.

Pac is guaranteed 20million regardless of ppv sales and Bradley 4 million. Pac as a non american will want to pay the least amount of taxes available.

Just like Abraham Ramirez went to purse bid and Sauerland won the bid at over 1.5million and the NSAC shows Abraham with 500k and Ramirez at 140k. Abraham is guaranteed 85% of the total purse and Ramirez 15% which is still over 200k.

That is why you never go by the commission numbers.

Yea I know. I didn't realize these were commission numbers until a couple posts after mine was the problem.

Also randomly its funny that boxing fans understand these numbers aren't the final end all be all numbers, but when the UFC releases their commission numbers that **** is biblical.

WOW surprised by Pacquiao Purse, have to be his lowest purse in a long time. But I think even Arum is smart enough to know that the buzz is gone since the Mayweather fight finally happened and that is over with.

Also can't believe that this fight is this Saturday, absolutely NO BUZZ for it

Right except...if his minimum was $20m, that would be his guarantee. They're not filing a blatant falsehood with the NSAC. His guarantee is $7m.
