I'm not sure Canelo can make 154, healthy, let alone 152. He says that 2-lb weight drop for Mayweather is what's making him not give any advantages to any opponents. I don't know how many he's given advantages to (Cotto, the money?). I just want to see him fight his mandatory at the full limit (160).

I don't think anyone within Team Pacquiao has, or will, consider that fight.

But yea you're right I don't see Canelo giving up anything for anyone now.

Pac is still a big draw/name, Canelo probably should be prepared to drop a couple of lb's for that fight considering that Pac is not a huge welter..... just like Golovkin should for Canelo..... but nothing will come of this.

Catchweight 155, with a fight limit of-160 (sounds fair) being pacquiao is 5 6". Then manny can become the 9 division champ if he wins. Sounds good on paper. Canelo is young enough to cut weight, pacquiao has a hard time going up. But its stilll super risky for manny. Id just try to get floyd again and call it a day.
