Misdirection. Trust me. It's still an issue. Six weeks out from the fight and testing hasn't started. Big issue.
Nice little welcome for both Wilder and Povetkin from VADA on their website:

VADA welcomes Alexander Povetkin to our program as he prepares to face Hughie Fury on August 31, 2019.

Now the issue from you seems to be the proximity of the fight from testing, not that VADA isn't involved. I'll find it interesting how to continue (and fail) to wriggle your way out of a pretty huge hole you've dug yourself..

Good to see. 6 weeks of testing is laughable, but I guess it's better than nothing.

People even blatantly ignored facts (povetkin asking for an extention twice and Sulaiman (we be crooks president) spelling it out in no uncertain words that Povetkin was the reason for extentions) and continued to spew their made up accusations.

I understand ignoring opinions in order to maintain your stance, but I can't possibly respect someone who ignores FACTS? That just means you're crazy and out of your damn mind as far as I'm concerned.

Lets break this down a little.

Why would any would be Povetkin fan want him to shirk Wilder ? The guy was outboard by Szpilka ffs, that guy is like D level trash who's best win was over a completely shot Adamek, and before you try justify that Szpilka win don't bother because it don't warrant the time me reading it even though you're obviously desperate to write it.

Who ignored Povetkin stalling the process ? I didn't, the fight versus Wach was great preparation for Povetkin, the dude was guaranteed to give him rounds and all the while have him accustomed to punching upwards against a massive, rangy opponent. Don't be mad bro.

If anyone was saying Wilder prolonged the fight they were right, they'd be wrong if they said Povetkin didn't too though. Wilder conveniently arranged a January defence just weeks before Povetkin fought Wach, good for him, he milked that belt even more. You are aware Wilder had an immediate mandatory after winning the belt versus Stiverne as Stiverne owed two immediate mandatories for picking up a vacant belt, one carried over for Wilder yet by the time Wilder faces his first mandatory are you aware of how many months he, his team and Al Haymon have managed to prolong that date ? Something like 17 months, that is a joke. Now whether you like it or not he has held up proceedings as much as Povetkin has.

I couldn't care less if truth be told, if Wilder is intent on fighting the likes of Molina, Szpilka and Duhaupas for another 17 months I hope that makes you happy in the event he beats Povetkin, I won't be though, I'll just continue to treat his fans with the disdain I treat you.

What are these facts your talking about which appear to be unbeknown to anyone else bar yourself ?

Their was a thread maybe a week or two back made by a Wilder fan stating Povetkin had outright refused PED testing and wouldn't go ahead with any form of testing, I'll have to find it later. I'll tag him here when I find him his dumb ass.

VADA have to use WADA-affiliated labs and teams to conduct their work as per their own policy. It's a massive grey area as to whether this satisfy's a national commissions requirements to have WADA-tested athletes there (in law). In practice though, we see fighters tested in respectable and reputable labs with a reputable agency.

Surprised there were no arguments or disagreements here, good stuff
... Right... You're right, of course.

It's the same issue...if you "accept" VADA testing but you refuse to cooperate until a week before the fight, then you haven't accepted VADA testing at all.

So Povetkin and co agreed to VADA without any major (public) disagreements on the matter, which was your original point (that Povetkin 'refused' VADA). Povetkin is officially on the VADA program, and so their testing dates are up to them.

Everyone called you out on it, now you're backtracking quite a bit. I guess its the only thing you can do.

There is a sport-wide issue of testing being way too close to the fight. Respect to fighters like Donaire who voluntarily undergo random testing year round.
