i used to watch his old channel too. from the info i remember he used to live in chicago but now lives in ecuador. He speaks three languages english spanish and a slavic one he may have been born over there too. maybe slovakia, czech republic, poland i don't know (chicago has a large diaspora of all three) but i'm quite sure he isn't puerto rican. he's white and/or white and hispanic but i think people just assume he's a latino because he speaks spanish fluently.

BTW, Precise Presenter said he grew up in South Cali. Anybody that has ever lived in an Urban city of America would know this guy is Puerto Rican. Lol. I have many Puerto Rican friends. That accent is spot on. Most likely New York or Chicago, but Southern Cali I guess.
