Is WBA regular title the equivalent of an interim title?

I mean, is the WBA super champion the only legitimate champion and the regular one the interim?

Example:
GGG (WBA Super Champion)
Jacobs (WBA regular Champion)

Not sure how the WBA sees it, but it is an interim championship in my eyes.

yea pretty much.. pretty shameful how espn and the like are saying how gg has 15 title defenses lol as if hes breaking some real record

WBA also has an interim title, so it's not the equivalent.

The "regular" champion is the one putting in the work and making the mandatories and is the one that holds the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP that dates back nearly a hundred years.

It's such a mess, but the super championship is the newly invented title that really has no equivalent. Hopefully this madness is over soon.

I dont know lets see, Their is only 1 real world champion and a interim so lets count backward and see where we end up.

Real World Champion = SuperChampion
Interim - Regular champion
