Sergey Kovalev's build - Describe it.

Dude is a beast with more than just power, we all know this, he's got skills.

I'd just like to know what you guys think about this build? He NEVER really seems ripped or shredded, his arms are seriously scrawing- seriously..

but I bet his power comes from other places like his back/legs/core/etc.

    Nah, he's ripped as hell..

Don't let looks deceive you, just because someone has bigger muscles doesn't mean they're stronger.

Kovalev has a marathon runner's body.. or somewhere close.

His arms however aren't small, they just don't have that round weight lifter look.

    Looks ripped to me lol

Keep in mind lighting is very important. The dimmer the light, (more shade can get around muscles).

He does'nt get as ripped up as a lot of fighters we see these days, but I think that is a good thing. He is built like a fighter should be imo. He is built in a way that still gives him great mobility while having the endurance to go rounds if needed. To much is put on strength training these days, all them muscles generally stiffen you up and drain your endurance.

Yea, I agree. It seems to be an efficient build. Not too bulky, not too shredded, just efficient.
