Very true. I get the money thing and I fuc^&*^ hate it. I mean I know it's crazy for me to expect the "middleweight" champ to fight the other middleweight beltholder. That would be crazy.

But even if the offer was legit, Khan would milk his time at the "top" fighting high reward/low risk fighters for awhile. Canelo will do the same. Thank god Ward and Kov are going to fight soon it looks like. At least the fans get one fight they want.

Guys have jumped into the top 5 for far less. Rigo beating Donaire or Crawford being in most top 10s right now. Khan already has a better resume than both those guys and more championship wins. A top 3 spot should be guaranteed by any unbiased fan.

Canelo was Floyd's best opponent? Haye just forgot all about Pacquiao didn't he?

God bless the Brits. Ricky Hatton could come out of retirement tomorrow to fight against Kovalev and he'd still get some of his countryman claiming he is going to somehow pull it off. You know deep down none of these guys believe any of this nonsense, but its cool they are so supportive of each other.

That fight will establish who the new no.1 in the sport is.

It's not cool it's deluded , a lot of people started out supporting him in what was a shock match up but Amir Khan always spoils what little sympathy and support people may have for the underdog.According to Khan it should be a surprise if Canelo turns up for the fight as according to Khan it's a virtual mismatch in his favour ....Khan is a clown and is by far the most disliked fighter in the uk......Haye is hanging not that far behind.

I've spoken with 3 fight fans from the UK. All 3 LOVED Hatton, and all 3 can't stand Khan. Their words were, "he is so annoying". He is surely annoying. His mouth and all that Mayweather stalking is what did it. His skills are decent and he looks great at times but his chin is just too weak and it's not like nobody can outbox him. He is nowhere near Mayweather skill-wise.

Who knows though, his chin may toughen up with the added weight. Cotto's chin seemed to get better when he left 140. I doubt it though, we may get his best chicken dance version May 7.

Agreed. But neither will be the #1 PPV star. I'm hoping GGG will throw himself in there at 168 and possibly fight Ward. Although I think Kov and Ward are too big for GGG but waiting around for Canelo to grow a pair is doing him no good.

There is no rule book that tells you how you become p4 p no1, sokhan will become no1 or could become no1 at the very leasdt, precedents are set everyday in courts all over world in all walks of life.

Nobody could step up 2 divisions and expect to beat nelo so if Khan can he will be doing things nobody else can.

You cant beat a guy who ducks you, and he's being ducked. Canelo walks into the ring at 175, is fighting guys who are small, like Cotto and Khan.

Khan beating Canelo wouldn't put him above GGG on the P4P, it would maybe get him on the list though. Maybe.

Canelo--who has only KO'd one guy above 147, and he was half dead---constantly fights guys smaller than him. The experts know he trying to take soft opponents because fighting guys his own size would end in a bad night for him.

Oh, great, since you feel these guys are so smart, then you are welcome to jump on the GGG train now.

Don't get silly, remember you said, "Yet almost every expert has him RANKED P4P in the top" but they have him in top three, sooooooo!

I'm glad you finally realize the experts know GGG would skunk Canelo if Ginger had one iota of pride and actually grew a pair of balls.
