Broner would do better against Crawford than people expect. Crawford seems to be open for shots right down the pipe, which is where Broner likes to throw a lot of his punches. Would be a good test for both imo.

His issue is his power isn't good enough to be any sort of factor at 147. He is too big for 140 and not good enough for 147. Ironic.

That's only 7, but that's the clear 7 I would say. I find it hard to believe Broner would be competitive with any of them. I mean, Porter's probably the least skilled guy there and he beat Broner easily. Maybe he could beat some of the lesser tier guys just below these 7, but even then it's no guarantee. The likes of Chris Algieri might beat Broner's ass.

If Haymon does decide to cut the umbilical cord for once and for all then Spence is the smartest option. Would be a nice way to follow up a win over Algieri too. A fight with Danny Garcia would make more noise in the short term, but Spence is where Haymon should be looking now.
