I already had a feeling Broner wouldn't make weight but wtf kind've card is this? 80% of the fighters came in over weight. Does weight matter on undercards? It's a serious question or maybe there is a weight clause for some of these guys. Gervonta davis, Jleon love etc all came in over their limits.

In non title fights that are not sanctioned there's normslly some 1-2 lbs tolerance on the weight.

Dropping the belt instead of shedding 0.4 of a pound makes you realise how highly regarded some title belts are these days lol. Broner, still a d*** move, but glad the fight goes on, Theophane can't have more motivation right now.
