Someone already responded to me saying that so here is my reply to your statement.

Floyd's style and the guys he fought when he fought them kept Floyd a prime fighter for a way longer time. So saying Floyd was just as washed up as those guys when he fought them is not accurate. Floyd didn't have to wait to fight those guys, because he was a fresher fighter but he waited on those guys to lose their edge before he got in the ring with them.

Who did he make wait besides pacquiao?

Mosley was offered the fight in 2006. He declined and said he was going on vacation.

De la hoya made floyd wait, Floyd didnt make oscar wait. Oscar was the cash cow not floyd. Oscar was the shot caller not floyd.

Hatton was offered the fight at 140. He didn't wanna come to America at the time.

Mayweather vs cotto was supposed to happen in 2005. Arum decided cotto wasn't ready.

yall turn opinions into facts on here.

Let them have their 'facts', bruh.

They are the reason Mayweather will continue to add wings to the 'Big Boy mansion'.

No, Im just stating my opinion which I believe in and stand by. Its the Floyd fanboys who always get so butthurt over someone's opinion that doesn't conform to what they believe.

Regardless of why certain fights didn't happen when they did, when Floyd fought his biggest fights, Cotto, Pac, mosley and ODLH all four were washed up and past prime. You don't find it strange that best fighters on Floyd resume that there is an excuse as to why those fights didn't happen when they were at their best?

Whitaker was very defensive..why didnt he fight till his late 30's?
why did no other defensive fighter other then a handful make it to their late 30's and remain on top?? and why was Floyd the only one to remain undefeated while fighting the most top fighters?
