Heavyweight has not been this exciting for many years

Look at all the relevant fights coming up.

    - Wilder vs. Povetkin. Whoever wins this one will have taken his legacy to a new level.

    - Fury vs. Klitschko 2. Whoever wins this one will have taken his legacy to a new level.

    - Joshua vs. Martin. Whoever wins this one will have proven himself to be a very dangerous opponent who will likely get avoided.

Besides that, we have other relevant fighters like Luis Ortiz and David Haye and other exciting fighters like Kubrat Pulev, Lucas Browne, Erkan Teper and Joseph Parker.

When was the last time when heavyweight was this exciting?

Yeah heavyweight division is finally back on the map.

It's too bad America cares so little about boxing now that all these fights are in other countries.

While i agree, don't speak to soon...

Wlad v Fluffy probobly wont happen

Bum squad will probobly pull out, fake an injury....has the fight even been 100% confirmed ?

Martin will get flattened in a round or 2.

Parker V takam will be fantastic (hoping JP don't lose) looking forward to USK moving up as well

The Wilder-Povetkin fight is confirmed for 21st May. I don't think Wilder will pull out of such an important fight. He has a very good chance to win and with both Stiverne and Povetkin on his resume, people will be forced to accept that he is more than just a hypejob.

I won't believe it till i see him in the ring, and hear the bell.
Then i will rush to a bookies and bet my life savings on Povetkin by devastating KO. Bum squad really is one of the technically worst 'champions' of all time. it's laughable tbh, but hey he's entertaining, the same can't be said for 'fury'..

Well. He is not very skilled, but he does have some skills, as he showed against Stiverne. He used his jab and legwork fairly good there. If Wilder beats Povetkin, will you then consider him to be more than a hypejob?

How alive was stirverne? seriously, with hindsight we now know he was seriously ill, so is it really even an accomplishment?

I don't buy the story about him having been seriously ill. Like I didn't buy it when Pacquiao said he had an injured shoulder. Such things would be known before the fight. Of course, Stiverne could have been a little bit sick and Pacquiao could have had a small shoulder injury, but if it was anything very serious, then they wouldn't have minded delaying the fights a bit.
