Comments Thread For: Arum Updates on Crawford-Postol, Lomachenko-Walters

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who was celebrating his 50th year in the boxing business in Toronto - where it all began when with Muhammad Ali's bout against George Chuvalo at the Maple Leafs Garden - is still grinding away and looking to secure the summer schedule for his company.

I didn't even think of that.

These really are the 2 most competitive fights in the sport as far as really high level boxing goes.

Although I think Bradley/PAC will be a close fight also.

Wilder/povetkin is also up there too.

2016 looking to be a sick year for match-ups if these get made. All we need before the end of the year is Kovalev-Ward, winners of Povetkin-Wilder/Fury-Klitschko and it'll be damn near perfect.

These in house fights should not be this complicated to make. I don't get why these fights are dragging out so long?

Obviously they have two of the best if not the best junior welterweights in the world and Loma vs Walters are two of the best featherweights out their.

Bob Arum should try to get one of these fights as the co main event to the Vargas vs Salido card.

Nobody else finds it strange that we only hear one side of the story? Has anyone attempted to contact Walters or his team? If they did attempt to contact them the story should include that his team was contacted but didn't want to comment.
